Running of the Bulls is a hybrid fitness challenge where athletes complete a set amount of running, push-ups, pull-ups, squats, and burpees in either one day or one week, across divisions built for everyone from beginners to elite competitors.

QUESTIONS.

No. Pick the One-Day or Seven-Day format. Both are official. Both count. The One-Day version carries more prestige.

Pick the Rising Bull division — pull-ups are optional. Or scale to assisted pull-ups in Official Bull.

Submit a video, time, and rep log through the registration portal. Team submissions follow the same process.

Yes. Gyms, companies, charities, and schools can register team and group challenges.

No. Age divisions are 18-29, 30-39, 40-49, and 50+. Under 18 is allowed in Rising Bull with parental sign-off.

A digital badge, a finisher certificate, leaderboard placement, optional shirt and medal, and eligibility for the annual championship.
